Shipping & Delievery
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cats on Catnip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How long do parcels take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-3 working day of receiving your order.
UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier for heavier parcels and take 2-3 working days for delivery.
Due to the current situation, some locations are experiencing delays with Royal Mail with parcels taking up to 7 days for delivery.
Please provide your email address when placing your order so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, including any tracking details for items sent by courier. Any delivery instructions provided with your order will be passed onto the Courier.
Royal Mail will follow any agreement you have with your local Postman.
Do you offer a next day service?
Sorry, we are unable to offer a Next Day Service at present.
Do we Post Overseas?
We ship most items worldwide, although some very large products cannot be shipped overseas. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Europe and
21 to 30 days to the Rest of the World.
Postage is charged by weight and is automatically calculated by the website when you enter your destination. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail (airmail service) if they weigh less than 2kg, and by another carrier if they are heavier.
